PinShopPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Wardiyan (“we”, “us”) handles information when the account owner uses PinShop. The app displays multiple Pin drafts for batch review; the owner selects the Pins to publish, including a select-all option, before one batch confirmation.

How Pinterest data is used
Pinterest data is used only to provide the requested service to the authenticated account owner: list the owner's boards, create a board when requested, create Pins selected in a confirmed batch, and verify those Pins. We do not sell Pinterest data, share it with data brokers or advertising services, combine one user's Pinterest data with another user's data, scrape Pinterest, or use Pinterest data to train or improve artificial intelligence models.
AI-assisted drafting
If the owner enables an AI provider, selected Shopee product text may be sent to that provider to draft copy. Pinterest API data is not included in model training datasets by PinShop. The provider selected by the owner processes requests under its own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing and processors
Information is disclosed only as needed to provide the service: Pinterest for account authorisation and publication, Shopee for affiliate-link generation, the AI provider selected by the owner for draft generation, and the hosting provider used for the OAuth callback and public documentation. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Temporary poster drafts are removed after the approved batch finishes or the owner stops the run. Local product metadata, settings, and publication records remain until the owner removes extension data. Short-lived OAuth transaction metadata is retained only long enough to complete or reject the authorisation flow. The owner can disconnect the Pinterest account, revoke access in Pinterest settings, clear extension storage, or follow the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
Security
We use HTTPS for network requests, OAuth 2.0 rather than Pinterest passwords or session cookies, state validation for authorisation, least-privilege scopes, and secret scanning practices. No security method is perfect; suspected credential exposure should be handled by revoking the affected token and reconnecting the account.
Your choices and rights
The owner may decline requested permissions, disconnect the account, revoke access from Pinterest, delete local data, or contact us about access, correction, or deletion. The app is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will not expand the use of Pinterest data without updating this policy and obtaining any consent required by law or Pinterest policy.
