PinShopTerms of Use
These Terms govern use of PinShop, a creator productivity tool operated by Wardiyan.
Permitted use
You may use the app only with accounts, products, images, affiliate links, and other materials you are authorised to use. You must review the batch and its selected Pins before confirmation, provide truthful affiliate disclosures, and comply with applicable law and the terms and policies of Pinterest, Shopee, and any selected AI provider.
Prohibited use
- Do not use the app for spam, deceptive content, prohibited products, artificial engagement, or policy evasion.
- Do not publish a Pin without specifically considering and approving that Pin.
- Do not scrape Pinterest, collect Pinterest passwords or session cookies, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, CAPTCHA, or platform safeguards.
- Do not use content for which you lack the necessary intellectual-property, publicity, affiliate, or advertising rights.
- Do not remove required disclosures or misrepresent the app's relationship with Pinterest or Shopee.
Third-party services
Pinterest, Shopee, and AI providers are independent third parties. Their services, availability, review decisions, and policies are outside Wardiyan's control. PinShop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest or Shopee.
Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is” and may be changed, paused, or discontinued to maintain security, comply with platform policy, or respond to API and website changes. No uninterrupted availability is promised.
Responsibility
You remain responsible for every publication, destination link, disclosure, schedule, and account action you approve. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wardiyan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or platform-account losses arising from use of the app.
Termination
Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, or policy violations. You may stop using the app at any time, revoke Pinterest authorisation, and delete local data.
